焊接机器人:使用过程中的要求介绍

焊接机器人能够代替人类在危险、有害的恶劣环境中作业,同时又带来了另一种潜在的危险,即机器人伤人事故。为此,在焊接机器人在线运行时,不能有人进入其运动范围所在区域,并且其运动区域内应该保证无干涉,这是焊接机器人管理的为重要的一条原则。此外,除了通用的工业规程外,还要注意焊接机器人的特殊性,采取相应可靠的对策。例如现在我们正在使用的措施:

Welding robots can replace humans in dangerous and harmful environments, but they also bring another potential danger, which is robot injury accidents. Therefore, during the online operation of welding robots, no one should enter the safe range of their movement, and there should be no interference within their movement area, which is the most important principle of welding robot safety management. In addition, in addition to general industrial safety regulations, attention should also be paid to the particularity of welding robots and corresponding reliable measures should be taken. For example, the security measures we are currently using:

(1)为焊接机器人及其周边设备安装防护栏,以防止有人进入危险区域造成意外伤害;

(1) Install safety barriers for welding robots and their surrounding equipment to prevent accidental injury from entering hazardous areas;

(2)在护栏入口的门上设置插拔式电接点开关,该开关与焊接机器人的回电路相连接,一旦门打开,机器人控制器将切断机器人的驱动电源,机器人立即停止运动;

(2) Install a plug-in electrical contact switch on the safety door at the entrance of the safety barrier, which is connected to the safety return circuit of the welding robot. Once the safety door is opened, the robot controller will cut off the driving power of the robot, and the robot will immediately stop moving;

(3)在距焊接机器人所在工位近的地方,安装多个紧急停止开关,一旦发生紧急或危险情况,工作人员可以就近按下急停,让机器人停止运动;

(3) Install multiple emergency stop switches at the nearest workstation to the welding robot. In case of emergency or dangerous situations, the staff can press the emergency stop button nearby to stop the robot from moving;

(4)示教作业时降低焊接机器人的运动速度,并由经过技术操作培训的人员进行示教;

(4) Reduce the movement speed of the welding robot during teaching homework, and have personnel who have received technical operation training conduct teaching;

(5)焊接机器人电路与生产线电路联为一体,当生产线遇到紧急情况时,生产工人可以按下该线上任何工位的紧急停止开关,让机器人停止运动;

(5) The safety circuit of the welding robot is integrated with the safety circuit of the production line. When the production line encounters an emergency situation, production workers can press the emergency stop switch of any workstation on the line to stop the robot from moving;
