1、法兰管件。法兰管件属于环缝工件,在使用中对连接处的焊接质量要求较高,传统焊接中对异径管以及环缝焊接存在的工艺困难,容易收到环境因素的影响出现焊接缺陷,自动焊接设备能够根据路径设置实现示教焊接工作,能够根据不同法兰管件的焊缝进行填充,冷却后的焊缝美观且牢固。
1. Flange fittings. Flange fittings belong to circumferential welded workpieces, which require high welding quality at the connection points during use. Traditional welding has process difficulties in reducing diameter pipes and circumferential welding, and is prone to welding defects caused by environmental factors. Automatic welding equipment can teach welding work according to path settings, and can fill the welds of different flange fittings. The cooled welds are beautiful and firm.

3、不锈钢板。根据不锈钢板厚不同,需要用到的焊接参数也是不同的,传统焊接对于钢板的厚度无法把控,容易出现焊穿、焊点飞溅等缺陷,出现焊接缺陷导致成本增加,自动焊接设备实现智能化焊接,柔性焊接系统可以根据不同板厚的不锈钢工件灵活应变,稳定质量。
3. Stainless steel plate. According to the different thicknesses of stainless steel plates, the required welding parameters are also different. Traditional welding cannot control the thickness of the steel plate, which is prone to defects such as welding penetration and spatter, resulting in increased costs. Automatic welding equipment realizes intelligent welding, and the flexible welding system can flexibly strain and stabilize quality according to different thicknesses of stainless steel workpieces.
4、铝合金工件。铝合金材质的熔点较低,传统焊接中,很难保证焊接质量的稳定,容易造成铝合金材质的变形,自动焊接设备可以根据材质需求进行焊接,使用工装夹具进行夹紧,减少工件的变形。
4. Aluminum alloy workpieces. The melting point of aluminum alloy material is relatively low. In traditional welding, it is difficult to ensure the stability of welding quality, which can easily cause deformation of aluminum alloy material. Automatic welding equipment can weld according to material requirements and use fixtures for clamping to reduce workpiece deformation.
