安川机器人:如何选择匹配的机器人焊接变位机?

1、机器人焊接变位机在重量上、焊件在整个工作台面上的距和偏心距,应该保证在相应的数据范围内,而且还要保证具备一定的容量。

2、如果选购的机器人焊接变位机是进行环缝焊接的话,应该按照焊件的坡口来考虑回转的速度,该速度应该保证在变位机转速调节的范围内,还有就是对工作平台在运转上的平稳要求,是不是可以满足整个工艺的加工。

3、若机器人焊接变位机整个焊件在外轮廓上的尺寸比较大的话,那么就需要对工作台在倾斜度上进行考虑,或者是倾斜的角度是不是可以满足焊件zui佳的焊接位置等,当倾斜的角和焊件之间发生接触的时候,那么在选择工作台时,其需要离地面的间隙更大,这样才能保证整个焊接的加工要求。

4、需要对机器人焊接变位机进行启动、电磁夹具和水冷设备安装的时候,应该和生产厂家进行调节。
