安川机器人减速机漏油故障维修

1、安川机器人油箱内压力开高

1. High pressure opening in the fuel tank of Yaskawa robot

在封闭齿轮减速器中,每对谐波齿轮啮合摩擦产生热量,根据博伊尔的马略特定律,以及较长的操作时间,减速机器人底盘温度逐渐升高,而减速常数内的容积的外壳,从而使罐压力增加,箱体内通过润滑油经飞溅,洒在实现减速控制机箱内壁。由于油的渗透性比较强,在箱内工作压力下,哪一处密密封不严,安川机器人减速机漏油维修,哪里的油会漏出来。

In a closed gear reducer, heat is generated by the meshing friction of each pair of harmonic gears. 如设计的减速机没有进行通风罩,机器人减速机无法得到实现均压,机器人技术驱动系统模块以及维修,造成箱内压力越的越高然后漏油。

If the designed reducer is not equipped with a ventilation hood, the robot reducer cannot achieve pressure equalization, and the robot technology drives the system module and maintenance, resulting in higher pressure inside the box and oil leakage.

安川机器人通过减速机产品在运转过程中,油池被搅动得很特别厉害,润滑油在机内人员到处飞溅,如果我们加油量过多,使大量润滑油积聚在轴封、粘结表面等,导致泄漏。

During the operation of the Yaskawa robot through the reducer product, the oil pool is stirred very violently, and lubricating oil splashes everywhere in the machine. If we add too much oil, it will cause a large amount of lubricating oil to accumulate on the shaft seal, bonding surface, etc., leading to leakage.

在安川机器人减速机漏油维修时,由于工作面上污物不彻底,或密封胶选用管理不当、密封件设计方向装反,不及时更换密封件等也会造成漏油。
